Whitewater Rafting - Green River

Moab Adventure Center Moab Utah
The Green River begins in Wyoming and eventually joins the Colorado River in Canyonlands National Park. Whitewater rafting along the Green River offers trips of gentle rapids to Class III and many choices depending on your skill level.

Many chose to take a canoe or kayak adventure because it is the perfect river to test your paddling skills. Raft along the Green River, and experience a part of history that Butch Cassidy and Major John Wesley Powell ventured.

Scenery along the Green River contains deep canyons, one thousand year-old petroglyph's, grottos, cottonwoods, box elder, willow, sagebrush and vacant homesteads. You may even encounter mule deer, bobcats, or mountain lions on your exciting rafting adventure.

Booking your rafting trip is easy with one of the many Green River tour outfitters that run the river. They each offer many options based on length and level. Remember, because the Green River is a great place to practice your paddling skills, you may want to try something new!
